Who are you?
Aiutrix is Norwegian tech company based in Trondheim, Norway. We are developing a shopping assistant for people that buy clothes online, and we want to make it quick and easy for customers to find the right size for them.
Why do you do that?
You probably buy your own clothes, right? Some like to explore stores to find new clothes, while others don’t.
You may ask the sales assistant for advice to change or renew your style. Some sales assistants will enthusiastically say; “Yes! I can help you find what you need”. After looking at you and thinking “hmm, ok, yes”, he/she might say; “I might have something that will suit you. Any particular preferences?”. You likely end up having a wonderful experience and buying more than you planned. Still, you will probably come back due to the extraordinary experience.
But sometimes you a meet sales assistant that grinds and thinks; “Are you going to buy this or not?”. You probably walk out the store empty handed and might wonder what you were doing there in the first place.
Shopping online is a different matter. Visiting an online store and being presented with good looking models. You may end up browsing product catalogs that are many miles long, and end up with products that don’t fit or match your style at all.
Our experience is that this is quite common and is the motivation for Aiutrix and what we do. Aiutrix is a company that believes in creating greater customers experiences.
